How nice to be a Muslim, does not need to work, but still given the right of property ownership. Yes, God lifted from women the obligation to work to meet the needs of themselves or to support themselves and their family's financial capability. God determined that it is an absolute obligation to men's. He instructed the men to be responsible for maintaining and caring for women in every phase of their lives.

In Islam, when a young woman, then she is in her father's care and responsibility. Responsibilities of the father be lifted when his daughter got married or died (either the father or son). So do not stop when the custody of the girl enters a certain age, as stated many of the laws (the Act) which was followed mostly stupid humans.

After a woman married, the care and maintenance responsibilities fall to her husband, as long as he was under custody based on the marriage contract. Then if a woman does not have a father, and have no husband, then the responsibility falls to the brother who took the role as his father when the dead. Then when he has no brothers, then the responsibility falls to whoever male relatives closest to him, the male relatives who will inherit it, and she will inherit them.
Then if he does not also have male relatives, then the obligation to maintain and care for her fall to the Muslim community. Thus it became the responsibility of communal responsibility, and if no one is fulfilling that responsibility, then all will be sinful.

Furthermore, if a woman has wealth, Islam dropped from her obligation to bear a person's life. With the presence of her husband (or father), he is not subject to the obligation to spend their wealth to the needs of their children, unless she is willing to do it with intention of good deeds. Even so, a woman does not bear the obligation to work in order to meet the needs or caring for themselves and their children.

The lack of obligation to work to meet the needs or caring for him was merely to keep it that women do not go to the brink of disgrace and humiliation. This is because, how many women work undertaken to improve living standards, but it requires above all the humiliation, harassment, and suffering.

This often happens in the whole community of people who deviate from the provisions which God has set for slave-servant. Be assured that Allah is Knower of all that is best for His creatures.

In non-Muslim communities, men are so happy with the situation (women working). They feel they benefit more from the women and their number dropped from the true absolute obligation belongs to them, such as meeting the needs of families, and others. Obviously, that attitude is the attitude of the Adam's selfish.

And sadly, many women actually happy with their circumstances to combine work outside the home with their natural tasks such as pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and so forth.

This is happening because of their high desire for entertainment and enjoyment of life, and proud-proud of those two things, not because of moral values in terms of their work outside the home. Not as heralded, working women have absolutely no real value in boosting the economy. Instead of the good, instead they are competing with men to get a job outside the home. Women meruyaknya precisely the cause of unemployment among men, thus triggering the occurrence of various crimes.

In addition, working women also increase the use of the consumption of cosmetics, clothing and perfume into the goods-goods important for women to work outside the home. And certainly, all those things in the category of banned Islamic tabarruj. Tabarruj meant that a woman showing her beauty and her jewels and seen the parts that should be required to be covered, where the parts would provoke lust of men.

Furthermore, every woman who works outside the home, on many occasions to be the cause of the limited employment opportunities for men who could work in the position of women. While the man who took the position of a woman in the household will not be able to replace him in performing various domestic duties.

We may wonder, what the economic values, moral or social development of women working in factories, military, clean roads, airports, hotels, security officers, and other jobs that they are outraged true? Remember that life akhiratlah mortal world and the life everlasting.

All that happens is because people far from God, so live a life of agony. God has warned anyone who distanced themselves from him. He said, "And whosoever turns away from My reminder, verily for him is a narrow livelihood, and We shall raise at the last day in the blind. He said, "Oh my God, why hast thou assembled me blind, and I've once been to see? Allah says, "So, has come to our Signs, then you forget it, and so (too) on this day, be disregarded" (Taha 124-126).

Although Islam does not oblige women to work to make ends meet and assign men to be responsible for taking care in every phase of life, the Shari'a was still giving women the right (when he was an adult and competent) to own and manage property or own property without having to ask permission father, husband, or others. Thus Islam glorifies women. He does not need to work, but still have the right of ownership and property settings.

Women have the right to possess any form of property; to buy and sell; to give gifts and donations, and all forms of expenditures and spending (without wasting) others, as long as they own property and income from specified sources of the Shari'a.

But if a woman is incompetent, Islam does not differentiate between men and women. Men can be declared incompetent so that hindered his property ownership rights and arrangements. Thus, any woman can become the person who is legally entitled to manage his wealth Shari'a.

Islam gives women a number of specific sources of wealth and property ownership, such as dowry, inheritance, gift, and all other legal provisions in property ownership. In fact, a wife her husband is allowed to take a cheap property, without his knowledge.

Even with its share it, he can complement the wealth of a man (her husband) who is responsible for the work and provide for his family life.

In this case, clearly opposed the practice of Islamic law forbids women's ignorance of inheritance under any circumstances, because women do not assume anyone else or not at war with the enemy. God set in his words, "For men there is the right part of the heritage of mother-father and relatives, and for the rights of women there (also) from the heritage of mother-father and relatives, whether few or many according to section which has been set "(An-Nisa '7)

No doubt, people who claim that Islam is unfair to women because it gives the male half of the inheritance are fools and do not understand the distribution of rights and obligations that God has set in His law. God declares, "Do they want the Pagan law, and (the law) who can be better than the (law) of God for those who believe?" (Al-Ma'idah 50).

Thus, how nice to be Muslim. He does not need to work, but still given the right of ownership and property settings, and still get the inheritance. How luhurnya breeding Islam to women, and what a weariness beyond legal recognition of Islamic law to him.
